My family and I have also been watching it on Native. Calling D* was so frustrating!! I at least got a credit......LOL, she told me my TV might need a firmware update!!
I lost it on her right there, I said just give me a credit and maybe learn what the hell she was talking about before wasting my time any further. And yes the lady I spoke to was in Tech, its amazing that all they do is read from a sheet in front of them.
