One tip- you will want as much mass as possible. Double 5/8" drywall is a luxury.
You would likely have to treat all surfaces of a bedroom so you can escape the bass. Same sort of issue when someone lives near a highway (large trucks) or a train. Both will dump a great deal of LF into the house structure itself. The only relief is to have all surfaces of the room be decoupled from the offending vibrating framing.
As others have said, that LF bass is in the whole structure. Treating that wall won't do much. The problem is the bass wave is entering your whole house frame, and you're only looking to add drywall... the vibration is already in... Drywall won't help.
As JPA said, all screws go to the studs or channel. No drywall to drywall lamination screws.

There is never a scenario where resilient channel is a good idea. My strong opinion. If the ceiling is dropped in height and sealed to the foundation, then you can build any walls you like underneath. Any hollow cavity needs a little fiberglass insulation, however.
Many years ago, and engineer from USG told me that Type-X paper can delaminate with successive heating and cooling, and the paper is combustible, so that's when we started recommending cement board. In reality, I have no idea how much of a liability (if any) the drywall is as a liner for these boxes.

Insulation would do the least. The other three directly affect LF isolation. If you did all of these things, you'd still have LF bleed at some frequency. So you're sure to have more LF bleed the more you start leaving items off the list.
1/4" drywall sandwiches will flop around. Double 5/8" would be better. I'd rather see you use two sheets of 5/8" and 1 layer of damping, rather than three sheets of DW and 2 layers of damping. Save your cash...
