I checked the array this morning and it shows up as basically 5TB. So it seems that updating the Windows driver did the trick. I started transferring data to the array this morning (from another MBR 2TB array) and was seeing good...

I'm hoping that updating the driver in Vista and the bios on the card will fix things. Although each thing I try tends to take 1-2 days because I have to rebuild or use OCE on the array. Based on suggestions, I'm hoping to update...

Thanks for the info Magius. I bought the card a couple years back so I'm guessing my bios and drivers are not the latest. I'll start by updating both. I don't mind creating the array again as I've basically moved everything off it...
