I got that part, but do you need to select this everytime you play the same file? Is there a way for it to remember those settings per file?

Let me clarify. It does load it when I use the same name, but it does not automatically use them. In other words it loads it as a selectable subtitile, but I still have to manually choose it in the menu. Can that part be automated?
