Just hooked up the new S52 and I must say I couldn't be more disappointed. I'm connected through HDMI to my Samsung 61 DLP 1080P and the picture quality looked awful. I even switched out HDMI cables and still no improvement. I switched from 720p output to 1080i output several times with still no luck. Am I missing something or did I expect too much?

There was no HD broadcast on WTOL in Toledo on Thursday but they did have it on Friday. An email to the engineer and a link to this thread might have had something to do with it :)
There's nothing better than seeing Augusta National in early Spring in HD. I'm glad to see they've added several more HD cameras to the broadcast this year. The SD handhelds last year were a little shaky - I'm sure they'll be improved this year.
I'm getting UConn/NC St. from WTOL Toledo OTA. Very soft picture with occasional blurs as they pan to the basket. Hopefully the other venue's PQ will be improved.
I'm also surprised CBS isn't broadcasting their studio show in HD.
It turns out I have a receiver issue. I'm running a Dish 921 and it won't seem to lock on the digital subchannels of WTOL. It's in the hands of Dish support - which isn't exactly reassuring. Thanks anyway.
