Just got this set and had a question about everyone's settings. Why is everyone using cinema mode rather than custom for their PQ settings?

Went to CC to talk to them about returning my Panny plasma. They told me they will allow me to exchange the set for my XBR 6 (that i returned) but they will not sell me a new TV.

I returned my set for a Panasonic PZ85U and all I can see now is yellow trails. I have returned 2 sets already. This is my 3rd in 3 weeks. I don't know if CC will even let me take this one back .... I am so TIRED of worrying about TVs...
