mine is defective the disc looks fine to the naked eye, and the issue is present on 2 different players. thankfully an amazon purchase.

I've turned D-vol off for everything but TV, and it's on the 'Day' setting 24/7.

I'm using Omnimount 20.0 for my SB3s. Should work fine for the Classic 3s too.
