I have 340s across the front w/ 200s as surrounds in the home theater and Sierra 1s for my 2 channel.

With the OP's constraints, volume from being in a condo and budget, I'd try just a pair of Sierra 1s and see how happy you are with that. Not sure a sub in a condo is going to add that much for you with volume constraints to keep the...
