Are you using a Ceton card in an HTPC? If so you should clear the channel map and force it to reppopulate. That should fix the issue.

Really a "Houston wide CableCard outage"?? My TiVOs and Ceton have been working fine in zip code 77379. Maybe the issue is just in some areas or do you think he was just "blowing smoke" so he could leave without fixing your problem?
