I'm pretty set on this TV. So just to confirm, I need to find a blu ray player that will convert 50hz to 60hz, then I can watch PAL movies(region free)..right?
Does this TV support 50hz input? I have a few foriegn movies on blu ray I like to watch that are in PAL format.
So I need to look for a player that converts 50hz to 60hz? The TV I am getting is LG pk550 and I have no idea if it does Pal.
I read with HDTV's it doesn't matter if your player supports PAL or not(I live in America). I just bought a Panasonic DMP-BD65 blu ray player. I haven't bought a HDTV yet. I read in some articles that the DMP-BD65 doesn't support Pal. So...
I think it's called cinema smooth but I could be wrong. Whatever it is that makes people look fluid, realistic, makes a movie look like a home video, and gives that depth.
let me ask this so I can get an idea.... I just got rid of my old tv. It was a Sony 27" Trinitron. Would the PK550 be more reflective than the Sony trinitron I had?
