Just a question regarding the DVR install - Surewest is offering a free month of DVR, so I was considering it. Is this just a straight swap using the same cables? I do not want to have to reconfigure my receiver and cabling. Thanks. Mike

Does anyone here have the 10mb Internet? I have the the triple play package -TV,Phone and Internet and just opened my October bill - the Internet part went up, from $39.95 to $53.14. I do not recall getting any notice of a rate increase...

All of the other drops are CAT5 - I guess the installer wanted out of the attic so he just used the existing COAX in that one room. Anyway, I was on the phone for almost an hour with customer service and they are going to redo that...
