You are doing better than me. I can't even get the self EQ to work.Still waiting for yet another call to be returned. A week now waiting for my last call to be returned.DS 10 comes with no manual, no quick set up guide, no disc, an on line manual that is generic and customer service folks who are nice as can be but who will not take ownership of a problem and are not familiar with the product more than superficially.In other words, management has failed them.
