Not one penny. Once their new shipment arrives they will be shipping me a new one and picking up the cloudy set. No cost to me. I have purchased from Crutchfield for many years now and they always have top notch customer service. I simply called and explained the problem, showed some pics, and they understand. I'm glad Crutchfield is pulling through for me since Sony isn't. I will definately buy many more TVs from them in the future.
