I called and talked to a tier 2 specialist. They were aware of the problem and said there were a couple sets on the engineers bench. I offered to send pictures and they gave me some generic email. Since I was within 30 days they told me to exchange at the store. Now I am on my second unit with the same problem. I just had it lying down for a couple hours and am warming it up to see if there was any difference.
