Dreamcatcher, we also have a slant surround that has not hit the website yet. But it mounts flat on the wall. Terminal cup on top with the horn and woofer angling down towards the listening position for a more cinema look.
As mentioned above. We do not get on forums very often. Spending time on the forums only takes away from trying to assist customers that email, call, or chat on live support. We try to address our customers that contact us via direct avenues first. It was a pleasure to talk to you via live support, as it keeps our contact direct, and in a timely manner.Thank you so very much for posting this up Aaron. That is correct, we are changing a lot of things shortly.

During our discussions, you never inquired about sending the unit back, to my knowledge, we had still been doing troubleshooting on what could have been causing the issue. With the A2-300, we have speaker and amplifier replacements, no issues there what so ever.

Give me a call some time, we can ship out the grill tabs no problem as well. If you do not want to call, just PM me your name and address. I can personally get them put into an envelope and ship them out today. No problem at all.

This is shipping, parts and labor, no markup in the repair. Some customers choose not to wait for repairs, so we offer a few options. The first being to purchase at...
If you do not want to angle the speakers, we can also provide a mount that allows you to secure it fairly flush to the wall.
Glad you are enjoying them sir. Any pictures of the speakers in your room, or not until they get mounted?
The Cinema 12's have actually sold more quantity than the eD[c]6 and eD[c]6 center combined.
It easily the more popular model. A good amount of the purchasers have told me they are lurkers on the message boards, but dont say what forum. I would assume AVS. So hopefully some with speak up and throw out some pictures they have.
