Just wanted to update this thread with the fix. It was my hdmi cable(s) I switched the cable going from the htpc to amp an amp to tv with newer high speed cables and now it works as intended. Thanks for all the help and advice

When you setup two dual band routers, (one as main, second as Ap) i know the channels on the 2.4 band is supposed to be far apart like 1 and 11. Does the same apply to the 5ghz band? 153 and 161? Thanks

My Panny VT25 was professionally ISFcalibrated. i just assumed whatever i plugged into the tv would benefit from that calibration. i didn't even think the pc would need to be fiddled with. Would it be a good idea to use this registry...

Could be the culprit too. I'm using 1.3 hdmi cables I bought from amazon a while back. Thy had a sale, it was like 3 for $5 bucks. I also have better 1.4 cables but the net jacket on them make the cable very stiff and it was hard to work...
