Can anyone comment on the DVD upscaling, Blu-ray PQ/SQ and 7.1 analog out on the BD80 vs the Panasonic 85? I am trying to justify getting the BD80 over the Panny 85 even though the panasonic is cheaper and has wi-fi and streaming.

Is the Oppo BDP-80 DVD upscaling comparable to the DVD 981HD? Right now I am stuck between the BDP-80 and Panasonic DMP-BD85K.
