ALL the sales associates at my Costco location tell the members who are looking at RPTVs, there is a bulb that will burn out in 2-4 years, and it costs about 200-400 dollars, and we do not cover this bulb if it burns out.
All of this will change and you guys who claim that you will stop shopping at Costco, if we change the refund policy, so you can't abuse it, will still be there. I guarantee it.
I also work at Costco. The Philips 47" will be $1999.99 - a $300 coupon. ONLINE only! There is no change in TV refunds yet, but I hear one is one the way. I am also not happy with my 47" Vizio. ... speaker hum, and bad audio sync...
I prefer the vizio 47 to this pile, I saw this at sam's today, not impressed.
I think the panel itself is the same as the vizio 47, as vizio rep told me they buy maj. of thier parts from philips.
Mine seems to have audio sync problems on some channels coming from motorola 6416 via HDMI. Any ideas?
