I've been going crazy trying to get this figured out. On Windows 8, WMC just flat out ignores MKV files. They don't even show up as if they weren't even media files. I've been googling around for over an hour already and have found...
If I wanted to set up my HTPC with HD HomeRun Prime, two Xbox 360s as extenders, and Slingbox ---- is an i3 processor (no GPU) enough to handle it all? I would think not if I were watching live HD on 3 screens simultaneously.
I've been looking at the M200MKIIs, which will fit my desk well enough, but AudioInsider has them for $279 right now or $299 for the MKIIs + H2s. I did some research though, and they've been $189 before - quite a difference. Anyone...
I'd like to get a pair of Swans, but such speakers would sit at the very edge of my desk. I worry that they may slide off while playing music.

Receivers are generally not required for sound bars. I'm quite sure this one does not require one.
