I double checked with Gefen. I have the HDMI Detective hooked up correctly. Also, tried reprogramming it also. Didn't make a difference in the Audio. I think this is just the intel HDMI driver, being a little slow. It works fine...
I already replaced the MB with an ASUS anyway. This solved the problem. So it was either a defective MB, or just Gigabyte in general being less tolerant to static.
I didn't use insulators. I didn't think people used insulators when building pcs anymore. Most of the MBs ground through the screws/case.
