KJ, Good luck selling your house. I'll give you a suggestion based on what we did. I swapped out all of the good equipment that I could and left behind cheaper versions. Most people can't tell the difference and are just blown away...
I'm definitely happy with the ERD-1s. I don't ask a ton out of my side/surround speakers, but they do the trick and were easy to install. I wish I could take them with me, but I'm leaving the theater intact for sale.

I loved that movie, plus I really like the look of the poster. The posters in the theater room are a little more adult, most of the ones outside the theater are ones my 5 year old son likes.
One other thing. My SW store lets me just by the untinted paint to get tinted later. Only thing is some of the dark colors require the ultra deep base. We did that for both our theater and bedroom to get the paint on sale, but still...

The SW paints are great. I've used them in another room in my house now too and am really happy with how they apply and wear. I would definitely get the same paint again if I had to do it all over again.
