Thanks, Gayle28607. Can anyone by-pass their cable box and go to HDTV ready tv that will tune QAM channels. Charter does not encrypt these local HD channels so you should be able to tune them easily. Also, what HD box is being used...

Can anyone give me specifics such as time and if problem presents only during "Network" part of broadcast or anytime even during commercials?
