The light is always on at full broghtness and the screen does not shut off. When I look at the other sub it's on the same volume screen but with no light until I push a button...

am I the only one in this thread with the LCD issue? I don't know if I want to go through the trouble of returning/exchanging the unit but also don't know what the long term affects of the lcd being on ALL the time....

well well what, guess what arrived today?! I was so not expecting it after UPS told me the package was lost, I stopped tracking it and everything! 2 new rw-12d's Exterior boxes were PERFECT! 2 loose ports, fixed in less than a minute...

I may try that but at this point im still waiting at least a week to get my subs

Yea I have to file a claim but cant due so until Tuesday. Newegg wont start the process until 7 business days have passed.
