Oh I forgot to mention my father in law was going to start helping out since I can't do anything. Turns out he may have a tear in his quad...it's like a M.A.S.H unit over here lol

What is the best way to clean the seats? For automotive I usually use woolite and water and finish with leather conditioner. Would this be a good approach for theater seating?
