I was reading about DCT compression on Wikipedia and this image called the original Blu-ray release to mind.
Can't remember whether there was discussion of the color timing on this or not, but I watched a 35mm print of the 2003 restored Extended cut last night in Vancouver. It varied a bit by the reel, but at the start the clouds were yellowish and skies cyan. Skin tones looked more ordinary than the Italian screencaps though. Sunbaked but not yellowed. "The End" didn't look white. The print started with a BBFC rating card, but I was too busy reading it to note the white balance...
By home electronics I mean the boxes that sit near your TV and provide AV content.
Connector's half the size and pushes the same data. What's the downside?
For now I am making do with some "super slim" HDMI cables that one company makes.

This smells like BS, but what do I know? Disney laid the completed cut out onto...
I tried the Netflix Super HD test on a different day and it told me I don't have it. So who knows, now.
I finally have both the time and motivation to grab some frames. Where there specific requests besides the Lost image?
Thanks for the breakdown! Didn't know Netflix was involved in such drama again.
Finally made the torrent file containing nearly all my Netflix screencaps. Some I deleted right after uploading because I only intended them as quick one-offs, so those aren't available anymore.
Unfortunately I forgot the password to my own webspace so I have to put the file on a file locker. Either of these will deliver the same...
