Just got my 73740 directly from OneCall. I just wanted to post and let everyone know what a great experience it was ordering through them. Placed order on 6/21 and received today 6/27. TV was shipped on pallet with "shock watch" stickers...

I wondered that myself at first. I kept asking the dispatcher if they were going to take the TV and he said they could do it in house. The techs arrived with their tool bags so I guess they could have done it in place. I did not any...

I am going to pull it apart this weekend and get some numbers off the caps. Like you say it's not that hard to do...thought I might get it done for me..LOL Good luck on yours!!

I agree.... They only stated if I wanted them to continue to troubleshoot it would be $75...I said "No Thanks" and signed the ticket.

Well techs just left and said I did not have Capacitor issue because none of caps were bulging. Now I am not sure what it is. Takes 3-4 times of restarting every morning before it starts working. After that works fine rest of day unless...

Just called Samsung and they are going to replace all capacitors and the power supplies as needed free of charge. Glad I saw this, was about to start replacing other boards. Thanks

Tv is nearly 4 yrs old and I have been having a issue on startup lately. I can hear the fans turn on but it takes an extremely long time to come on or it doesn't come on at all(screen just goes dark). If I unplug it and plug it back in,...
