maybe they have a warehouse packed full of amps but they only send them to certain people. you might not be on the list. just joking, but what amp are you waiting on that failed
makes no sence? all you have to do is crank the knob to far. as far as cs idk sounds like they dont have replacment amps and no thats not my fault or yours. i think whoever runs that place better come up with a solution or kiss there ass...
no im just saying ive seen people break stuff and its not necessarily the equipments fault. i also think subwoofers draw that crowd. i personally think this is more a supply issue because my amp works fine

i've noticed my a5-350 amp runs cool with both ports open and warm with one closed. sealed my amp runs hot. i choose to eq with ports open and i'm happy. i can see going sealed might give problems
i've been loving the t747 since i got it but have a question about the gain feature in the osd. mine seems to be missing. i read the manual a couple times and cant get it to show up, maybe a firmware thing?
