Yes it is worth upgrading. The Klipsch Pro Media Ultra are tiny driver satellite speakers. If you go to larger, fuller range speakers, you can get better sound. I'd suggest Ascend Acoustics CBM-170 SEs, EMP Tek E5Bi, or HSU HB-1s. And of course, their matching center.
Sorry. I don't know. But I bet someone in this thread would: http://www.avsforum.com/t/866797/the-official-jbl-owners-thread
There's a whole forum area of AVS dedicated to subwoofers. For instance, have you seen this thread? http://www.avsforum.com/t/1396482/budget-subwoofers-discussions-opinions-and-questions-thread
The Internet direct subs from SVS are a big improvement over the BIC F12. Just as it is considered an excellent price/performance value at $200, they are similarly considered the same at their price.
Get a good sub with them next. Those Pioneer towers definitely perform above their price point, and they would benefit for movie watching for having a good sub paired with them.
I'd go with the Rythmik for $599.
I agree. Start with this. Add on later.
Agreed. The exact same speaker (used vertically) is optimal for the best timbre match.
I got it and thought it was funny
In that case, go all the way. Get deez!
