WLTW has not filed with the FCC to run high level IBOC. So far only three NYC FMs have done so , from what I've seen filed WVIP 93.5 WRKS 98.7 and WBLS 107.5

So visiting family in Western Mass. Outside of the two local FMs (both simulcast) which are over 60dbu at the house, I never got a single other HD using my insignia portable. Well two of the Albany FM's are now running "high level"...
