Use social media. Mention Sony (use their official handle) in a tweet about how unpleasant the experience has been and post photos. Post the same thing on their Facebook page. I've found through personal experience, with Sony and others, that it's the easiest way to move "up the chain" to managers with more power, who are able to take care of you. It's never failed me.
