I didn't have any reception issues when i was watching storage wars last night. Maybe you should call TW & have them refresh the signals entering your home. That should fix all of most of your reception issues.

Even through i can't get Canadian stations i would suggest you use an outdoors antenna which can pick up stations a lot better than an indoors antenna. If that doesn't work try adding an amplifier.
