You could always test them. If a cable works with 1080p in 2d but then fails in 3d from a BD player it may not be high speed.
Welcome and great first post! I was going to ask for pics but in the last paragraph you said they will come. I'd like to see just where you put the silicone and other sound reducing stuff. I guess your persistence paid off.
I wonder if reflashing the tv with the THX fix will reset the values you need. I have the files.
The VT is 94 lbs without the stand and 106 with the stand. The 130 is the shipping weight. I would either go with a larger bolt or move the holes, an inch or so should be good.
