The current theatrical distributor - Park Circus - has both 35mm and DCP of this available. Depending on print availability and the venue's capability, they certainly CAN book it in 35mm. AFAIK, the phony stereo mix has never been used...
Currently there is no good version of Spartacus on Blu-ray. It's hoped that Crietrion will eventually release it using a new transfer.
