Yep, I have the projector on a tabletop at a height within the screen area. When I zoomed to fit the 2.35:1 screen it didn't stay centered vertically and had to compensate a lot using the v-position. Is that what I should expect?

Actually with 120" 2.35:1 screen the top would be close to the ceiling (only 7" down). That's because the ceiling height against that wall is stepped down compared to the remainder of the room which is full 8'. The step down is 16". ...

I've heard to use the Pana AE4000 zoom method to fill the 2.35 screen that your projector must be at the same height as your screen (or lower). My screen would be 2.5 feet from the ceiling ... so it would be weird to drop the projector...
