i think i'm gonna wait for 2013 releases, it looks like next gen are gonna have this chipset(not a lot of info for now) which is full hd and 3d(hopefully HDMI 1.4 so no more dlp link BS)
i'm still very happy with the HS200 and used it almost every day since Nov 2009, i'm thinking about upgrading for the resolution, brightness is not a problem cuz i in total dark i use the HS200 in eco mode and never had a problem with a 100 inch screen, could u make a side by side comparasion with an HD movie and texts? i mainly use the projector for movies and videogames, Thank u in advance
this projector seems to be a good update from my Lg HS200 (that i'm still using and loving),
one thing is still not clear though on the 3d dlp link and i hope someone can answer my questions.
So to make 3d work i need 3d dlp link glasses and so far so good, then hook the projector to the
pc via VGA. will it work if i have "side by side" mkv movies and what kind of software do i need to use?
and how do i play videogames in 3d?
i tried Tridef software with my sony HMZ t1 and...
Hi guys, i got my hmz about 10 days ago, got one for free and i feel super lucky! i tried it before it was given to me and now that i can spend more time with it, i'm still not able to find a way to make it confortable. So far i tried the bicycle helmet and it wasn't a success, now i attached it to the welder helmet as i seen on various mods here and the prob is always the same, too front heavy!!!!!! 1 hour tops and my forehead starts shaking. I managed the blurry edges,...
from the top of the box u should be able to see the capacitor(google it if u don't know how it looks like) it should be 450v, in that case it's should work, it's not the firts time Sony does this, to write on the box that it's multy voltage they should get special permissions and it costs money so they did the same box for all the regions but of course they had to write it's eather 110v or 220v... Don't worry, it will work!!!
Ok, Today at work we plugged the HMZ american version 110v into a 220v outlet and it worked, the sony technician opened up the black box and he told us that it would work, i even did a video while i was pluggin from 220 v outlet and 110v and the HMZ is still alive and kickin'!!!
Finally, a unit came in yesterday for display purpose and i was excieted as a kid to try it (i work at a navy store here in Italy), i scanned the product on a register and the price was 775 dollars!!! i hooked it up to a Ps3, went through the settings and WOW, it really looked like i expected. The blur on the right side was minimum so it didn't bother me much, i tried some imax blu-rays and the depth was more then acceptable and better than the sony 3d tvs we have in the...
