The "Download metadata and images from the internet" checkbox is back with the latest beta. And the other box is now "Save metadata and images within media folders" (instead of just images). Version 3.0.5171
Do you mean the box labeled "Save images within media folders"?That is apparently just for images. I want a box for all metadata (including .xml ) to be not saved in the media folders. There used to be such a box, but the recent update seems to have removed it.That is a big mistake. Sometimes the MediaBrowser programmers make some very strange decisions.
Is there no single checkbox I can uncheck so that MediaBrowser does not save any metadata to my media libraries? This seems like an obvious missing feature -- some people don't want to search through all the settings and click multiple times, then hope they got everything, just to prevent MediaBrowser from saving metadata that they do not want.
Or am I just not seeing the applicable checkbox?
I made no such claim. Again, you are confusing certainty with probability. But with your mental block, you can just replace that with "blah blah blah", as it is clear that you are unwilling to correct your misunderstanding basic probability and statistics, and insist on speaking in absolutes.
