Ok i think i discovered the main problem. After finally getting the driver mounted correctly, something inside the box is rattling pretty badly. I can't find anything by reaching my hand through the mouth so how would i go about cutting...

Everything internally seems to be ok. It's just the driver mounting and baffle that are giving me problems.
No voids. It's barley audible but i think it has to do with not being able to tighten everything down.
