Not too long after we moved into the house. Here's the basement as you can see it's pretty big, (for us), and open. I calculated it without the bedroom or bathroom at 5,250 sq. ft.

The new Pioneer VSX-53 that my wife bought for me for Christmas of '11. This thing replace an aging Yamaha 5560 that will more than likely be going up stairs once I'm finished with the basement.

A more recent photo of the basement with my back against the wall. I'm no audiophile but this system DOES sound good down here. With the future upgrades I will be finished, along with better cable management and we're all set!

I hate our stand for the tv. I used to have a 62" DLP on it; now sits a 55" 3d led. In the corner is the 12" 400 watt soon to be replaced with a ported Captivator from Jeff at JTR Speakers. The JBL will soon have a new home at my parents' house in the Southwest.

The last thing for me to do after I get the Polk CSIA6, and the emotiva XPA-3 is to purchase the FXIA6's to go up on the wall where that wall plate is located between the windows. Grant it I have the WAF leaning in my favor. . . which it isn't right now HAHAHA! On the table is a very lonely Blue Jeans XLR cable waiting for the Captivator to arrive!
