Klipsch Renews Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Partnership and Sponsorship

Snoop Dogg Performs at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2017 Induction Ceremony

For the past three years, Klipsch has been the official audio partner of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. The company has been involved in updating the audio equipment at the iconic Rock Hall. Plus, Klipsch is the first-ever presenting sponsor of the annual Induction Ceremony that celebrates the accomplishments of great musicians. Today, Klipsch announced that it’s renewing the multi-year strategic partnership and sponsorship with the Hall of Fame for three more years.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s main facility—the Rock Hall—is undergoing a major, multi-year renovation featuring multimedia upgrades to the exhibits. Part of the transformation includes the largest installation of Klipsch pro/commercial speakers and headphones in the world.

Visitors to the Rock Hall can enjoy a performance at the Klipsch Audio Stage, where guest artists play live sets. It also includes the Power of Rock Experience, which is a redesigned outdoor plaza for the facility that features interactive sound.

This partnership also resulted in Revolutions, a branded video series exploring records that have deeply influenced the world of music. So far, the series has covered releases from the Beatles, Pearl Jam, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, The Ramones, and more.

In 2018, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be held at the Cleveland Public Auditorium, a stunning facility that blends the aesthetics of the grand movie palaces of yore with the seating capacity of a modern sports arena. It will be an interesting contrast to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, where the Klipsch-sponsored 2017 ceremony occurred.

I had the honor and privilege of being a guest of Klipsch at the 2017 induction ceremony and I must say, it’s an enviable gig to be associated with.
