Opening the space up makes for much quicker/easier access to the bar, and that new bar was finally Christened.


Challenge now will be keeping it STOCKED!

Nice eye. You dig the peated drams yourself eh?
That Jura Prochecy is ok but nothing special - it says "profoundly peated" on the bottle but its more stale ash-tray/soot tasting than anything. Nothing like the grand pallet of the Lagavulin, or Laphroaig (OR Talisker for that matter).

Buddy of mine turned me on to Laphroaig. It quickly became my second favorite scotch.
