A comparison of native 1080p vs upscaled content. The upscaled version looked significantly better than the native content in this demo. Best when viewed full-size and at 100% maginification

The 1080p vs upscaled is suspiciously good. Look at the text along the front of the upper ledge. On the "off" side it's just a blur, while on the "on" side it's clearly legible. The same thing is visible in the vertical fluting of the hardwood. I'm not sure this hasn't been "massaged"...

It does look improbably amazing, however I've seen sharpening algorithms that were this effective when using Photoshop—I know this amount of enhancement is at least theoretically possible. This demo definitely caught my eye because of how amazing the upsampled footage looks.
