Excellent Quality, Low Profile Design, Easy Adjustment, Good Price Point
Pros: Easy installation, low profile, easy adjustment
Cons: No drywall toggles
Although I purchased the white version of the mount, I didn't find it necessary to add a completely new product since the only difference is color.
I used this mount to hang an Epson 5020 from our basement ceiling. Since the room the projector is mounted in is a multi-function room and not a dedicated theater room, I needed something white, to blend in better, and low profile, to keep the projector up and out of the way. I chose this unit based upon these parameters, its price point, and positive reviews. Although the mount comes with everything you need, the additional of some heavy duty drywall toggles would have been nice for those of us crazy enough to hang a projector from drywall. Also, I'm finding myself having to adjust the projector upward every so often, I'm not sure if this is from the mount slowing moving downward from vibration or possibly the projector itself. Overall, since I can't prove the downward movement is caused from the mount moving and not the projector's lens shift, I can't rate this mount any less than 5 stars, it offered everything I needed at a reasonable price point.
