Pioneer VSX-1016TXV-K 7.1 Channel Audio/Video Receiver

100% Positive Reviews
Rated #64 in Component Receivers

Pros: Great Sound , interface user friendly

Cons: No HDMI, a bit bulky

I've had this receiver for about 6 or 7 years. It has served me well. I love the quality of the sound that it gives. I have no qualms at all.
BUT I am now about to upgrade, Only because the 1015 has no HDMI inputs. Also it lacks in the new Dolby True HD & DTS-HD Master Audio.
This receiver is a beast. But today's receivers have more bells & whistles.I have owned many Pioneer receivers over the years and have ALWAYS been satisfied. Will go with Pioneer for my next purchase.

The Pioneer receivers are a bit on the bulky side, they take up much space in your home theatre shelves.smile.gifsmile.gif
