These are my 3rd pair of Polk Floorstanders, I have always been extremely pleased w/ the Polks. I got a great deal& was quite pleased w/ the service I got buying these speakers. This was my first time buying them & having them shipped. They came from Las Vegas & I live in NH,They were trucked by pallet & it only took a week.Acoustic Sound Design will be my store from now on. They did everything that I asked of them,when I spoke to them on the phone or email,they were GREAT.Third a
