Hkts-18

Hi all. After much research on this forum, I just purchased an Onkyo TX-SR705 - And then finally joined to post! I figure it would be a good idea to get some speakers too. I originally started looking at the HT-908 (I think) with the 605. Then I was looking at the 605 maybe with other speakers. Then I started looking at the 705 (this forum is great at upconverting consumers!) I was still thinking maybe the 705 with the same speaker package the HTIB came with. Well I really started leaning towards the 705 when all of a sudden I found a great deal on it (sub $500). I also started looking at the Harman Kardon HKTS-18.

The specs seem good (I'm new at this!) and I'm partial to HK from BMWs, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much info around here. My main ? is would these speakers be a good complement to the 705? The specs seem to line up nicely (again...new). One concern is getting speakers that may limit the receiver I just bought. I plan on adding 2 more speakers in the (near) future for 7.1, probably with "better" fronts depending on how I like the sound from the HKS-9s.

Please put me at ease or make me change my mind!
Also, if anyone has any more input on the HKTS-18, without regard to the 705, please feel free to chime in. TIA!

I guess I should have given a little more detail. They are in the price range I'm looking. I'd like to spend less than $500. 7.1 would be nice, but I don't mind spending up to that much for 5.1 and add in a couple months. I don't need something super high-end, but I would like something with very very good sound quality. I would really like to try these out, unfortunately I can't seem to find a B&M near me that carries them. (Anyone know somewhere in Central Florida that does?) From the little I have been able to find on them, they seem to make a good system, especially when adding new fronts to complete the system. Any more input? TIA.
