National PBS HD EPG data. Anyone getting it?

I've had a problem driving me nuts for a couple months now...

I am currently pulling in PBS HD (the national feed) through QAM on my HTPC. For some reason, though, my local listings (regardless of where I pull them from) give the local PBS affiliate's digital lineup, not the national feed lineup (they are significantly different). Looking for it on their own website, PBS itself almost acts as if this network doesn't even exist, which is quite unfortunate since, IMO, it's absolutely great (and I normally am not a PBS fan).

Here's my question: are there any PBS affiliates in the Central timezone whose digital broadcast is identical to the national feed? Thus far, I have found Omaha (which is close, but not quite), and San Diego (outside my time zone). Has anyone figured out where they can just pull the national PBS HD listings from?

I'm using GB-PVR with my HVR1600, but I suspect I can get the rest working IF I can find a local affiliate that meets the requirements above.

Feel fortunate your PBS affiliate still carries the "national PBS HD feed" Alabama Public TeleVision (APTV) dropped the HD feed last July as a cost saving effort. We get the "regular" Standard Definition lineup broadcast on -2 with it upconverted and stretched (wide) to fit 16:9 on our 1080i -1 channel. :-(

Actually, ours usually doesn't carry the HD feed.

Our local affiliate cannot timeshift HD at all, so the only time the affiliate is broadcasting HD is when they are simulcasting the national feed (which is rare). Making matters worse is the fact that they broadcast low frequency VHF from a tower 25 miles outside the city (and in the opposite direction of the other towers for most). I live within city limits and have never pulled in a digital OTA signal ever, even with a rooftop antenna.

The only reason I get the national feed is because Comcast sends it. Still, I agree your situation is worse. Far worse.
