Diana Krall is in my home office right now with me!

Well, I certainly wouldn't mind if she were, but I do have her "Christmas Songs" album from 2005 on right now downloaded from HDTracks in 24/96, and it's spectacular. It's amazing how sultry and sexy she makes so many of the old standards sound. I didn't realize so many of the traditional holidays songs were about sex! She's very convincing.

Anyway, Merry Christmas everyone! Oh, and it's snowing here! Joy.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Wife got me the new Chrystal Bowersox cd
"Farmers Daughter" Chrystal was runner-up
on American Idol....She reminds me a lot
of Janis Joplin. That being said she wrote
all but 2 songs on the cd and I am actually
impressed. Sounds great.

Newest re-issue from Analog Productions: Nat King Cole and his trio - After Midnight.

Hybrid SACD, mono only. This is a stunning remaster of the original 1956 analog tapes. Sounds beautiful and the sessions are top notch, a must-have for any jazz fan and certainly for fans of Cole's work with small combos.

Was listening to Becks Sea Change. Now
I'm digging the George Harrison super classic All Things Must Pass again.
I have two original copies in mint minus condition. Also have a couple of cd versions. Now I'm waiting on the newest 2010 version lp which I'm reading is packaged badly and some disc are scratched from the paper rubbing the grooves. 180gram
I'm also waiting on a sealed 2001 Apple copy from England. This should be nice and I'll compare these to my originals. fun fun!!!

I'm listening to Christina Aguilera's cover of "Lady Marmalade".
