When Sony unlocks DTS Master it will be the best blu-ray player in the world. And when they unlock bitstream it will be even better. Let's talk about how Sony MIGHT do it one day. Come on everybody we have our own thread dedicated to PS3 & DTS Master. This thread is for us.

i don't think bitstreaming will ever be "unlocked". the general consensus is that there is a hardware limitation preventing it from ever happening.

If they were to enable it, there would be no need to have any other player from sony. for this reason I think it will never happen.

And yes this topic has been whipped to death.......
