Wow. I haven't checked this in a while. It looks very impressive. I like the breakdown of the different sections. Way to go Doc.

I was wondering if there is a test cd that is calibrated to the
digital RadioShack meter. The Rives CD2 is calibrated for analog
meter only.

This thread definitely should get a sticky. A ton of good information in here and I've used information from this thread at least a few times now. Would be very helpful to keep this at the top.

It was, for about an hour. I asked for this to be a sticky and it was. Then it was de-stickyed. The reason I got was there were links pointing every which way and there was no way to keep it clean I guess. Oh yea, bump .

keep what clean?

I think they did not like the fact that there were links going out to all of the internets. They wanted a bit more control as to where the links would go to from here.

I find this listing of links to be an incredibly valuable resource and keep coming back to it often. I hate it when it slips over to page two.

My receiver only has crossover settings of 100Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz, therefore I'd like to use the crossover in my eD A3-250. How do I go about configuring this type of setup?

I have both LFE In, and Line In on the sub. I'm using Line in with a Y-splitter from my receivers SW Line Out.

My question arises from; if I have my receiver set to a 100Hz crossover and my subwoofer set to a 60Hz crossover, what happens to the 61Hz - 99Hz information?

Hope I make sense and thanks for any advice,

-Brian

I wanted to bump this wonderful thread by saying I figured out the answer to my question, so I don't need advice for it anymore thanks to the links provided by DrPainMD!

Thanks, doc
