Motorola Cable Box

No boxes will work unless they are activated by the cable company. A cable box is sort of like a cell phone; it is a paperweight unless it is activated by your provider and added to your account.

Motorola boxes sold on ebay are almost always stolen. Cable companies do not activate stolen DVRs.

As a general rule, cable companies will only activate boxes sold by major retailers like Best Buy.
